Hugo's Gumbo Cook off in Roswell, GA is Saturday May 16th.

That's a lot of money for a broke no job havin Cajun. 5 gallons of gumbo is expensive. No to mention the 75.00. I know it would be a lot of fun. I'm still thinkin on it.

It's not "cheap". But it's FUN.
