Just had a very quick look.

Not lucky enough (or should it be unlucky!) To have anything but highlights of pre Payton Saints.

Someone tell me were too start on them classics. Gonna get me some retro action

Yep me too. I dared disagree with one of their nazi powerbrokers (did NOT make any threat or use any profanity - just disagreed in a thread).


Those kiddos think their excrement doesn't smell for the most part. A few good apples, but most of them know not to irritate the mods - probably for fear of losing their previous post counts. That seems to be the measure of the man there...


And unless you think like they do on every topic and follow their little rules (only post topics while sitting in your parents basement in stained boxer shorts after not bathing for 3 days) then you need not apply.

Sounds like a similar thing we have here with Liverpool fans forums.
In a member of one but the bigger forum(generally bigger as they shout alot) is R.A.W.K. Its the same there. No speculation on transfers allowed unless back up by there sources,disagree with them and get banned by the Mod Nazi's

There are also a couple of others out on youtube.

Just filter it for videos > 20 mins and you'll be able to tell which ones are complete (or near to it).

Full games usually run about 2 hours with commercials removed.

Around the end of Haslett or the beginning of the Payton era, I knew a guy who had some classic Dome Patrol era games on home-made DVD, apparently transferred from old VHS tapes. He also had some other really classic vintage non-Saints games from the '70s and '80s, like the '70s Raiders/Vikings Super Bowl, with Fran Tarkenton at QB and John Madden coaching the Raiders. I oughta look that guy up and see what he's up to.

you can find Saints games all the way back to 1977 and a few NFL Films type shows back to the beginning.

Oddly enough, one of the hardest seasons to find games from is 1986...

Rams first too drives are 3 and out and both times the offense taking over the ball inside the Rams 30.

... "blast from the past", :) ... last time Falcons had a decent QB, IMO, ;) ... the old commercials were cool ... Roman Gabriel in the booth, (at 2:23:30) "I think some of our people went to Archie Bunker's Place for a drink at halftime & never came back" ... Failclown fans were leaving games early even back then, :lol: ... highlights of Larry Bird & the Celtics beating the Hawks (bad sports day in Can'tlanta-land) ... $5248 for a Grenada? Dem were the dayz, :) ... 'Merica.

This was awesome! It was so surreal hearing about Ozzie Newsome and Ahmad Rashad catching TDs, and the Giants Rookie QB Phil Simms... And the commercials were great too. Funny, still the same advertisers... Nationwide Insurance, Miller Beer, Visa, Ford.

You have inspired me to watch an old Saints game every Sunday until football season starts again.
