ESPN: Dennis Allen on return to Saints, working with Rob Ryan
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; What I glean from this is that Rob is x's and o's guy, not a true leader of an entire defensive unit. And that's fine. Use him to his strengths. If it's apparent that he can't live up to expectations ...

And that's fine. Use him to his strengths. If it's apparent that he can't live up to expectations of a top 12-15 unit then he's not worth keeping. |
