36 sacks in 2 years is proof enough he can play.

Did you let a single video determine your assessment?

Agree he looked smaller than Peat.... And most of the massive O lineman at Stanford.

But his quickness off the line is pretty evident.

No, But this is the video posted in this thread.
He didn't look good in this video posted in this thread. And he looked out of place on pass coverage in this video. But I'm no scout specialist, just watching a video posted by the OP

Peat is that freaking big...

And if I had to chose which would be better, I'd want it to be my offensive tackle...

Maybe that's why Peat was taken in the first round...

I caught myself watching Peat more in this video. I like his 2nd level blocking. Kids a stud.

I think Peat is our new starting left tackle and Armstead will take over the right tackle and be even better...

The speed didn't seem an issue to me. Have spent some time watching lots of these game breakdowns. What concerns me is in college he was getting leveraged out versus the run very easily and often by non-lineman. TE's and FB's were easily making him the hole.

He seems a one trick pony as a pass rusher and looks a little lost in coverage. I like his motor pursuing every play regardless though. And lord knows we need to generate pass rush so I don't care if that's all he is able to do.
