Saints cornerback Keenan Lewis has become one of the Saints top players since arriving prior to the 2013 season. He now enters his seventh season in the National Football League and Lewis is excited about what he sees.

“I think this is the best group of DB’s (defensive backs) I’ve been around. We’ve got a lot of depth, good leaders and some young guys that can come in and compete. I’m looking forward to working with these guys.”

I think it is but im still worried about the pressure because without that they will all look terrible. If we get pressure we could have as many turnovers as 09.

Barring injury yes.

That's what he was targeted for.

We needed a big, physical, press corner and we paid for one.

Archie, who I still love and respect, said last year's team was the best roster we ever had...

I'm excited, but I want to see if these guys can get coached up and the rookies contribute immediately...

Keenan Lewis and Brandon Browner certainly sounds better than Keenan Lewis and Corey White / Patrick Robinson.

Well, Brandon Browner/Keenan Lewis won't be so impressive in B&G if we don't get the pass rush/front seven back to 2013 production...

without a doubt it would appear the upside is there unlike recent years.

PJ will be the KEY
Swann? if he returns to his 2014 form he has solid chance of making an impact

the rest? wait and see mode.

Well, they definitely have the bodies signed/drafted to compete in the secondary...

We're waiting for training camp to see who gets chairs when the music stops...

Delvin Breaux definitely has the size,frame at 6' 1"...

At the very least, he should compete to be the backup behind Browner...

Thought Brian Dixon was progressing nicely; but the Miami arrest hasn't gone away...

But Breaux v. Dixon looks to be the key battle behind Browner unless we witness a complete collapse by Browner...

Kyle Wilson would have to play his tail off considering the draft stock investment in P. J. Williams (third round) and Damian Swann...

I'm seeing Keenan Lewis backed by P. J. Williams; Brandon Browner backed by Delvin Breaux; On deck (fifth cornerback) being Damian Swann, who will earn his keep on special teams...

Ironically, Stanley Jean-Baptiste may end in the CFL to learn the position after everything shakes out...

See five cornerbacks; just don't see six corners unless Swann shows some ability at safety and then maybe Dixon or Wilson, more likely Dixon...

It will be interesting to see how well he transitions from the CFL to NFL. From what I have read on DB, he is hungry. We could have a beast on our hands.
