the 3 most agreed upon team moves

there is some good banter on these threads and most of it stays decently civil on some of the hot topics (or is it topic? ab LOL). i read more here that makes sense and is commonly agreed to than what i hear from the front office. from regular perusal i consider these the most agreed upon personnel move issues in no particular order-

1. new defensive coordinator. move him front office, demoted, or let go. even tho it aint gonna happen i think it would bring only smiles here.

2. a high impact defensive free agent needs to be signed. different favorites out there like hovan or smoot. i go hartwell to add a vet with the kids. whoever, some money needs to be spent here and not for a second tier orlando ruff type.

3. something needs to happen before letting darren howard walk away for no compensation. a low first, a second, hell, a third is better than nothing.

anything else in moves more agreed upon?
