We have 2 other WRs just like him. He needs more than time in the system as a differentiator.

Toon should be a lot further along than he is. Has excellent potential and that is the reason he is still around. I honestly believe his lack of development is the main reason Colston is still with the team. Not trying to take away from the greatest WR in Saints history, but we have all witnessed the decline in recent years.
