You cannot buy single game seats from the Saints; every ticket is assigned to season ticket holders. Occasionally the visiting team gives up their allocation, but that's only 1500 or so, and you wouldn't know until the Wednesday before the game.
That leaves secondary sellers. I've sold tix for 10 years, and my experience is that the high profile games go for 75-100% over face value, but that you can get other games at about 20-25% over face.
Stubhub & ebay are the most reliable- you pay the price listed. A lot of other sites reel you in and then list a $30-40 service fee when you're checking out.
