Veteran teammate Zach Strief thinks that goal is too modest.

"There is no ceiling for him," Strief said. "He could be one of the best of all-time. I believe that."

nagging injuries? i am hoping this will not become a trend with him. if not he has a solid shot at the elite status.

Although slow steady progress this year and get that new contract extension signed for 2016 then have the breakout would work too. always looking at the cap

Nagging injs are a concern - but damn when you are that big getting hit by guys who are close to your size & you do it EVERY play of the game - its gotta take its toll

I was high on him when i saw his combine performance. I knew he was a lil raw but if he got his technique on key to match with his amazing athleticism. He would be a beast and i was shocked and glad we drafted him after one full year starting i think pff had him ranked 14th. Thats damn good and Strief is right his has no ceiling.

He is good and I am glad we have him but there seems to be a whole lot of hype about how awesome he is GOING to be. I haven't seen much more than an average or decent play from him. I really hope he is as good as advertised but I have read many reports on him being pro bowl to all pro material and I hope he can live up to the hype

He allowed 2 sacks all season, compared to someone like Jahri evans who I believe allowed about 6-7. I'd say he's already our best O lineman at the minute.
