Sean Payton says Delvin Breaux's tryout was one of the best he's seen

“His workout was that impressive,” Payton told The New Orleans Advocate. “As good a corner workout as I’ve seen in a long time.”

That's a pretty big statement from Payton, who's likely seen his fair share of cornerback workouts in recent years. On top of that, he made it known that after Breaux's workout, that the focus was trying to make sure he signed before leaving the building, because the team didn't want him to get away.

I know the season haven't started yet but my prediction is well on its way to fruition.

My money is on devin Breaux to be the best cornerback this year

Could have saved some money on Browner. Dude is legit. Throw in the development of SJB and the emergence of Swann, the Saints CB's are looking good.

Don't forget PJ Williams. We probably won't get a taste of what he can do in 2015 but next year he'll be ready

Getting reeeeaally difficult not to wanna put the hype train into overdrive about this guy. Nothing but praise coming from every corner. You rarely hear about him messing up in practice, and over the last few days he's been dominating in 1 on 1's. Josh Morgan calls him vise grips because of how good he is with his hands. Even though we've only been able to see a little bit of him I still think it's easily noticeable how freakin' ridiculously athletic he is.. and everywhere he's been, he's been a playmaker. I seriously believe that if he hadn't nearly died on a football field just a few years ago, he would already be a star in this league. I'm so excited to see him when the games start to count. I think we're gonna watch this guy get better and better all year long.

And he serves a great example for how to be physical as a cornerback. Our players needed that desperately.
