The Saints gets to keep his rights and he doesn't cost a roster spot.

It looks like the orgnization thinks that at some point the lights will turn on for the guy.

Bummer that Sunseri isn't going to be available.

Toon will be part of the active roster sooner or later. Some people just don't like to study but hell on the test.
