SP Talks About Loss To Carolina
Awful fidgety must have picked up some of those nasty Carolina Fleas.
Saints Coach Sean Payton talks about loss to Panthers |
Re: SP TALKS ABOUT LOSS
Blah blah blah "credit Carolina"
Blah blah blah " we need to get things cleaned up" Blah blah blah " we'll get it sorted" We all know he won't get it sorted, I've forgot what it feels like to win as a saints fan. |

Re: SP Talks About Loss To Carolina
Still love SP, but damn did you see the game coach or do you need to "watch the film" to figure out everything that is wrong with this team. Hey how did the D look today.....uh need to watch the film......what was the gameplan for Olsen....uh need to watch the film.

Re: SP Talks About Loss To Carolina
In this regard I have the utmost respect for Belichick and Brady. Brady makes his $25 million and Belichick gets the MOST out his remaining players year in and year out. They get it right in free agency. They get it right in the draft. They know when to move on from a player. They win.

Re: SP Talks About Loss To Carolina
The season will be over by the time he gets it sorted. Maybe this is the exact kind of season we need for him to finally make some coaching changes. One can dream.

every aspect of the team. Only similarity with SP is they both worked under Parcells. |
Re: SP Talks About Loss To Carolina
It's been mentioned here and there, but it is VERY obvious that Sean has lost his "edge." When he came back in 2013 we could all see it, but we went to the palyoffs so no need to panic. Then 2014, same ho-hum demeanor. Not as agressive. Seems distracted or exahusted (or both). Team flops hard. He says big changes coming so we get stoked...you get 'em Sean. 2015, more of the same. He's lathargic and uninterested comapred to his old self. BB has had more crap to deal with than any coach and he keeps chugging.
It's becoming more and more apparent that the coach we fell in love with that brought swag and wins and precision to the team is gone. We're old and stale. |

Including pre-season 0-7 haven't won a game yet this year.
Indeed if we beat up on the Cow's it could get the mojo back. |
Re: SP Talks About Loss To Carolina
blah blah blah both teams played hard blah blah blah

Re: SP Talks About Loss To Carolina
Hes got the DTs. I swear to god the dude is on something. He cant even finish a thought. Anyone see even one shot of Brees standing next to Payton on the sideline with his head in the playbook?
Brees was by himself glued to Luke and doing mental reps he whole game. HIS head was in the game, I dont know where Paytons was. |
Re: SP Talks About Loss To Carolina
Starting to notice that SP can't focus or stand still. Like he's got bugs crawling on him. Brees would make a better Head Coach.
|
Re: SP Talks About Loss To Carolina
I also think the relationship between those two are strained. I have not seen them together on the sideline once this season.
I would put money on one thing. Either Brees or Payton will not be here next year. I think if Payton stays Brees will retire or sit out a year. He can ask for a restructure and trade but I doubt it. Im more inclined to think Payton is just going to quit. |

Re: SP Talks About Loss To Carolina
We have to play smarter. We have to get better. We need Drew to get back to form. Anything else. Are D-fense has to get better and they are. But we need to get better.
