When was the last time we won a game?

Re: Statistical rankings
Actually it is an improvement believe it or not. I know the season is young but in total defense we rank
29 New Orleans Saints opppsss that is after 3 games. but the way things are going I will take anything as a sign of victory. Beats 31st |

It's not Ingram. It's the O Line. Maybe Ryan can play Left Guard?? |
Re: Statistical rankings
From 31st to 29th, at this pace it will only take 12 1/2 years and we'll be a top 5 D. Something to look forward too isn't it.

When was the last time we ran a draw? Or out of a passing formation? Payton is the most predictable play caller in the game. He'll load the line in 2 or 3 TE sets with a FB allowing the D to load the box. Now that was ok in the past when we had a vertical passing attack because the d still needed to respect the pass. However now the d knows its a run or a pa pass so you have the front 7 play run and your FS stay deep waiting for the bomb. We should be running out of passing sets and shotgun, but we have a coach who hasn't changed his playbook in 10 years. Everyone including my wife can predict 90% of what he is calling. Additionally going to the zone blocking scheme to better suit ingram was a mistake and hasn't paid off. |
