Thank God! Hicks needed to go. He may have a lot of talent but for whatever reason we weren't gonna get it out of him.

Not with the scrub coach's we have. He should shine in New England, they have a real DC and coaching staff.

Bingo. I believe Hicks has a lot of untapped potential, but we weren't going to get it out of him. Good trade in my opinion. This TE is a decent pass catcher and that's what we need.
