Re: PFF Grades: Saints vs. Cowboys
Well today(so far only today) I got to eat a little crow on Anthony. I'll give him credit were credit is due. He filled his gap assignment well and called a decent enough game. The guy still has a long way to go though, Dallas was depleted on both sides of the ball but maybe(maybe) this is the type of game needed to build a little confidence on. I'm still not close to being sold on his pick but it's up to him wheather I eat more crow or not.

Just speculating, I'm not gonna pretend to be an NFL expert on who was supposed to block who. Its similar to when Shanle was blasted for years. An actual NFL expert pointed out that numerous times Shanle would see that someone else blew their assignment, then tried to compensate and the whole world sees Shanle trailing some TE or RB and assumes it was his fault when it wasn't at all. None of us are experts. We think we know, but we don't. (Cue the Mora "you think you know" video for the 700th time ![]() |

Re: PFF Grades: Saints vs. Cowboys
sorry but I can't take anything that grades Strief as a +1 seriously

But yeah, I would have thought he'd at least be negative overall. |

Re: PFF Grades: Saints vs. Cowboys
I've said it in another thread. Kelemete had an absolutely atrocious performance and was indeed a big part in Strief looking worse than he played.
