New Orleans Saints guard Jahri Evans says he'll play vs. Falcons
 

New Orleans Saints guard Jahri Evans says he'll play on Thursday night against the Falcons after missing three games following a knee scope.

It was the most games Evans has ever missed after sitting out the first two games of his career in 2013 with a hamstring issue. He played with two torn ligaments in his wrist last season and did not miss a game.

Evans return is timely, as guard Tim Lelito was not at practice on Tuesday. Tackle Terron Armstead has also missed time with a knee injury.

That is good news. He can't be worse than what Kelemete has been. Lelito missing practise is not good at all thou.

Maybe Kelemete fills in for Lelito and plays better at LG.

Funny story. Listening to Bobby Hebert a few weeks ago and he had trouble pronouncing Kelemete's name (shocker). He stumbled over it several times before giving in and referring to him as "Calamari".

I belly laughed at that one.

So maybe Calamari will play better at LG?

They have said Peat will not see time at guard but I guess we will see. Kelemete has been terrible. Next year it's time to address the guards very seriously in the offseason. Strief and Evans are well past their prime now.

they had a shot at the #1 guard in the draft this year in the 3rd round and passed on him twice, what's makes you think they going to take one in next year's draft
