It stayed on in Lafayette but we had several Amber alerts interruptions during the game. Hope they find the little boy that was kidnapped.

I kept seeing those alerts here in crowley. I hope they find whoever it is, too, but I kept thinking "this has to be the worst amber alert of all time".

No name or picture of the child. Just "child abduction emergency". How can anyone keep an eye out with zero description?

The suspect is Summer Hattaway. She stole a vehicle in Ruston with a 8 yr old sleeping in the back. Heavy drug user and was under the influence when the incident occurred. Suppose to be someone in the West Monroe area. The vehicle is a Blue 2000 Merc Mountianeer.

Thanks for the info... Didn't think they had anything, considering there was nothing else said on the screen.

Fox 26 in Houston pulled a modern day Heidi Bowl.
I like to think there would be a rebellion and 10 kinds of hell raised
about this.

-- This is why I wont watch the Saints on local tv.
-- Always go to a sports bar. Mine was able to find a direct tv channel,
within just a minute or so, saving the day, the game, and our party.

I don't understand the point of the amber alerts on tv. I mean, yes, yes they should definitely broadcast something on the TV. They put zero information to go with it though, they just broadcasted "some child was abducted" and didn't say anything about the situation. While some people would go and investigate it online or something, a big portion of people probably wouldn't. I dunno, it just seems kind of dumb and needs to be better thought out.

Blows period…..whether you have the package or not. Of course I say that because I don't have it. But it was pretty decent watching the Buc's lose at the end
hagan714 and leilung like this.

Was there ever any doubt as to the outcome? Let the "Yes, but......" tirade begin!
