We won convincingly. Let them off in the second half -- but the score was deceptive. The Colts did get back into the game -- but only marginally. It really wasn't close. The D had the Colts O all game. Our O slowed down in the second half.

How far can this go?! I agree with those who are saying when we get Lewis, Swann and others back on D -- we will be even scarier. But, our O needs to do some more work. Shocklingly, the O is not there yet.

If we can continue run blocking like we did in the 3rd quarter we'd be unstoppable.

Empty trips will hurt us eventually though, 2 huge plays - big run by Ingram and by pass to Cooks were then followed by a pick and a punt.

We need to cash in every chance inside the 20 yard line.

It was a 6 point game, it doesnt get too much closer than that. We almost blew it. We cannot finish games. This is an attitude problem. You dont stop playing just because you are ahead. It was almost a disaster. The Colts arent a very good team either.

--- The kicker also needs to be replaced. When you cannot hit an extra point, it is time for you to begin your professional career, in another profession.

Very pleased with defense. An occasional freak slip is going to happen. Had Offense done its job, and made a single freakin first down, in the stretch, this game would have ended 30 minutes earlier. Is there any way, we can help Drew and the receivers see the yellow line, we're seeing on tv, during passing plays?

Yep and the entire Fox 8 sports staff can all go suck eggs. Everyone of them picked against us, Holder,Fazande and Henderson. Are we the only team where the local sports casters pick against there team regularly? Its like they gonna lose money or something if they pick us and are wrong. But they have no problem picking against us.

I just hate the inconsistency of the team. We go from killing them to just scraping by.

At this point I have more questions about the offense. Defense has found itself and if Breaux doesn't trip on 2 plays the defense might have pitched a shut out. The offense and namely Brees just seems to be off. Oline blocked well all game but brees overthrows cooks about 5 times today... very un brees like.
