this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; YEa yesterdays game was cool and all and felt good to at least get a win but it showed we still do not know how to close games. It took us jumping in front of a bad team by 20 ...

YEa yesterdays game was cool and all and felt good to at least get a win but it showed we still do not know how to close games. It took us jumping in front of a bad team by 20 points to win that game. It was a lot closer than people seem to think.
I do see improvement but dont kid yourself this is not a playoff team. What you saw yesterday will be our season. We will win some games against bad teams and get to see some rookies develop and get to see improvement. Its just not enough to start thinking playoffs this year. |
