What the hell happened to Drescher? This is his 6th season as the long snapper. All the sudden he can't snap the ball right?
Wait! Maybe he's been terrible for years and is responsible for the demise of all our kickers the last 6 years! Lol No but really...wtf? |

He might be injured in some way that is having an impact on his performance.
Say that he has an injured hand, that would be a big thing, and he might have been trying to cover it up. Idk but it could be like that. |

Snaps have been all over the place and messing up the timing of kicks for both kickers. Competition is good at every position. Drescher is on notice.
If you do your job poorly or "think you can't be replaced"...just bring in 2 folks immediately who really want a chance to play in the NFL. See if that will fix Drescher's job performance. He ain't above replacin' |

Separate rant- why do teams need to waste a roster spot and $500,000 a year on this position?
It's more of a discipline (technique) than a skill. |

A bad snap throws off the timing for the holder and the kicker.

I don't know whats going on, but I'm not giving the snapper, holder or kicker a free pass. Someone is F'ing up, thats for sure. |

The QB/center exchange is critical as well; remember the Saints Sunday night game playing the failclowns?

"Waste" $500,000 a year? I'll do it for $75,000. The Saints may never convert another extra point or field goal but they'll be saving money. Hey and the team will lose which means the other team will be hurting the next day!!
