That's exactly what the waiver process is. Every team in the league has a chance to sign him.

Must be tough on the guy though!

How can you organise your life in any way if one day you are signed with a team then a few days later you're not, then you are again, then you're not, etc. etc. Guess that's how life is in the NFL these days!
