Considering he left the field on the cart in one of those air boots and taken straight to the hospital; it doesn't look good.

My guess is he is in surgery to repair his ankle... :-(

I believe the sideline reporter said he was at the hospital in surgery. They wouldn't show the replay, so I figured he must have had his leg break and fold backwards or something. That's the kind of gruesome injury they don't usually show a replay of.

Yep. Increase the carries for Roll Tide, spread the ball around to Spiller and put Marcus Murphy in the mix if necessary.

I think Hightower gets a call though.

Might not be a bad thing, Hightower looked good in preseason.

However, I think a 2 back system is better, 3 RBs is too much.

I like the idea of bringing PT back. Not a power runner replacement, but he is elusive and plays with character and heart.

Horrible injury to a great guy and player. The fortunate thing is there are options. If Pierre Thomas has anything left in the tank, this would be a good time to bring him back. Tim Hightower is the most logical choice and perhaps Edwin Baker may get a shot.

Yeah, the high fives from both teams mean they all know your season is over.

Depending on how severe ligament damage is, it may not be only 2015 he misses.

I would like to see what Murphy have to offer only if he able to pass protect as well. I prefer the return of PT instead of Hightower if any addition is warranted

PT, I don't think he's healthy enough. I think we bring back the RB we cut from preseason, can't remember his name but he was fierce, had that one strong run.

Deja Vu 2010 Wild Card game in Seattle.

We need to be very careful with this signing and get someone to develop and keep, not just a band-aid.

With our relatively "easy" schedule form here out, we could easily find ourselves banged up pretty good come week 18.
