PT a 49er

BARF.

First Ricky Jackson, then Reggie Bush and now Pierre Thomas.

The 49ers to me are worse than the leftover wax ring you discard when changing a toilet.

Best of luck to PT (know he needs to eat, too) but I will not watch you run in those colors and I hope your new team does NOT win another game. EVER

But glad to see PT get another chance to continue. He was fine last year and often better than that. Great guy. Great teammate. great RB.

Pierre Thomas agrees to terms with the 49ers - NFL.com

EVER

Damn, you do have a way with words. Having four children who made a habit of flushing the un-flushable, I had the opportunity to do a bit of home plumbing in my time. "the leftover wax ring" sure paints the picture.

Rarely have I ever been so happy for another feller and so disgusted at the same time.

Make that money PT. That niner stank will wash off.

That team seem to be a train wreck.

Hightower is okay but I wished PT signed back with us. The 9ers are a mess but it's a good paycheck for PT.

Well I like it, especially this week. Pierre Thomas is a nightmare for the Falcons. This is one game I hope the 49ers win.

LOLOL... its very easy to know who is a long time Saints fan. The 49er hate is so easy to spot, you can see it all the way from 1989. I have it too.

But I love Pierre Thomas. I'll always root for him, personally. I will always remember how cool he was to me & my kids at 100 degree Mississippi Training Camp (which is the correct way to conduct training camp,) after getting his head knocked for 2 hours in practice.

I hope he runs for 200 yards per game, makes 3 touchdowns every game, and gets a zillion dollar shoe contract, but the 49ers lose & stay in last place.
And I hope he'll bring his family to NOLA sometimes and have some oysters.

Thinking back besides the obvious Division teams,
Vikings, Bears, 49ers and now the Seahawks are on
the list of teams that totally disrespect the Saints.
I left out the Cows because that is just a given.

I'd add 10 likes if I could.

I agree 110% - I hope he has unimaginable individual success while that "team" rots.

Never met PT, but dude always seemed like a class act. The kind of guy you'd like to have 52 more of on your team...

And I hope the Niners get the 1st overall pick in the draft and trade it (and their 2017 first) to the Saints for Joe Morgan (we can resign him again).

I won't forget the Montana comeback in 1980, or those sons of a goat holding us back in the Mora years.

YEARS AND YEARS AND YEARS of hatred towards that 49er scum, but NOTHING compares to the 2011 playoff game...

THAT 49er screwing cost us a 2nd Superbowl I'm convinced, and there's no excuse for any Saints fan to hate ANY other team - Falcons included - more than the 49ers...

Something is not right, we run screens, he is the master. If he was signed he is healthy enough. I would rather have him than Hightower. PT is also not that old, like 30.

Are you kidding... my hate goes way back further than that.

I believe the thinking from the Saints coaching staff is that they wanted another "power back". It's quite possible that Hightower fits what they want as far as depth goes.

Always pulling for Pierre Thomas.
Glad to see him back at work.
Total class.
We haven't run a descent screen since he left.
Well, maybe one.

even though p t carries 4 men on his back hes not considered a power back. he had to know we were not ever going to sign him again.pyton must have told him the he was free and not to look back, no matter what.

PT WAS one of my favorite Saints - ALL-TIME!

And I know he just wants to keep playing and getting paid, but...

This hurts as much as when Morten Andersen signed with the Falcons!

Re: PT a 49er

Very happy for Pierre. Hope he stays healthy. Please God, don't let him retire as a 49er though. Gag.

Re: PT a 49er

Good for him! I can respect the desire to keep playing, you are only able to for so long until you get to old.
