Thankfully the Brees Payton exit rumors have vanished. It's amazing how quick it all quieted down with a few wins. However the RR exit rumors need
to stay alive, still not convinced this guy can Coach a Defense consistently.

One thing I noticed is that coaching and management has gotten more aggressive this year. I don't remember the creative in-season roster moves and additions in previous years, in addition to the gambler play calling.

The team is not sleep walking thru a losing season -- while continuing with the unsubstantiated positive attitude -- like they did last season. It was weird. They acted like everything would be fine last season just because they were the Saints. It was shocking. I am not hearing that kind of crap this season. It is refreshing. I would hate to think that it was the rumor-mill that sparked this change.

Good point there are other teams that are just waking up to complacency now. Like the Titans, Dolphins and Lions the problem is it's too late. I wonder if the Benson family power play had some influence on last year.

I noticed it was the same as it has always been with these rumors -- the rumors about Payton and Brees leaving, seem to always originate from the very same people who want Payton and Brees to come to them.

In the case of Drew I have watched Phillip Rivers play and all I can say is that San Diego blew it. I will always be indebted to AJ Smith for the trade.
So AJ leaves San Diego and spreads his lovely personality with the Redskins. So how's Washington doing these days probably better since AJ has retired. However as we all know Miami would be a different team today if they completed the deal with Drew. So for me I like our chances with Mr.
Brees and Mr. Payton right here in Nawlins. Who Dat!

I can't make RR out. Here is my thing, there are games our D is purty good. I mean like a middle of the pack 10-15 Defense. Then there are games where I feel like Spags is on the sidelines and SP is coaching his kids team.
