this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; While not much can be judged from the game against Washington given Payton gave up, he was outcarried by Hightower when Ingram went down. On WWL's call-in show someone called him soft. Which begs the question if Spiller was worth ...

So Spiller appears to be a waste?
While not much can be judged from the game against Washington given Payton gave up, he was outcarried by Hightower when Ingram went down. On WWL's call-in show someone called him soft. Which begs the question if Spiller was worth bringing on? Yes he was the reason we won two games but it's obvious he's not getting the touches and when he does he's not making much with them. If Ingram were to miss time it appears there's no replacement.
