If indeed Sean Payton decides to leave, I would put the early money on Dennis Allen. I am not convinced he was really brought back to the organization just to be a fallback for defensive coordinator.

Not a bad list of candidates, except I don't see Jim Schwarz here.
In light of the power struggles in the Benson family who knows how
this will all end up. As long as Drew sticks around and somebody
actually blocks for him we'll be alright.
