Even running a bad 3-4 wouldn't be as bad. Every D coach we got don't have a clue.

How Johnson, Vitt and McMahon can still be employed is being me...

Payton is loyal to a fault...

Again, a strong, savvy GM knows how to go to the HC and fix this...

GM with a pair lays out "it's not working, Sean; I'll fire 'em and help you get what you need..."

Poor hirings, firings, ridiculous contracts etc.
The time has come. It's time that this team moves in a different direction.

Romeo Crennel wouldn't have lasted either...

Problem is we don't have a GM with a pair to tell Sean to get out the room and let the defense acquire players and scheme to fix their problems...
