Yes Friday Night Lights is a major insult but truthful. I actually liked the way Coach was running up and and down the sideline screaming at the

why is it so hard to admit, the NFL rule changes to generate more points is the biggest mistake to happen to the NFL ever. I feel sorry for the refs in way because instant reply is crutch that NFL wants them to us so they can cut away to yet another commercial. Refs are like call girls. every time they go under the hood Roger the pimp goes cha ching.

as for stupidity? refs get no breaks. as for fostering conspiracy can you blame us? how can they be so bad at this level? hard to imagine

Go back to the rule changes to generate points. that is were the quality of officiating started to take a noise dive.

WAIT.....hold the eff'n phone...I just started the video, i'm literally 24 seconds in. Katherine asks about Browner and Payton shakes his head and says, go write a blog about it, Browner PLAYED WELL TODAY!?!?!? He was serious...omfg, now we know why that piece of sh!t is on the field.

Like I said in my other Thread...Fire whoever keeps trotting that p.o.s. out there. Just got the answer.

I am still sitting here in disbelief he actually said those words. Am I/we in the twilight zone? How can anyone who has as many stupid/unnecessary penalties, be said to have a good game?

Lol ... SP may be just tired of opening up a presser after a devastating loss with #39 and his appalling play.

We have serious problems on Metarie Avenue but I agree with you CM. If SP truly believes #39 played well yesterday ... they both need to start packing their bags.

c.m. there has to be somewhere in that contract to get him here that states he will never get pulled from a game if I come to norlans. there is something about that answer payton's either going to axe that fool or bench his asre from now on out, and clearly don't give a darn. what happens to brownterd, just put a rookie in his place for experience please.

Yeah SP was not going to get into a media brawl talking about Browner.
He appeared to be in no mood to answer questions but I agree he should
have never said that Browner had a good game that ruins his credibility.
The one thing I do notice he emulates Bill Belichick when talking to the press.

Surely you can't be serious.

By the looks of it apparently Ryan's hands were tied and now Allen's hands are tied with Browner. Maybe Payton's hands are tied with our boy Browner, too. This can't be Loomis' or (gulp) ownership calling this, can it?

Payton is shielding somebody or something...got to be. Biting the bullet on this to defend somebody or something by trotting this turd out there every series. Conspiracy. No one can overlook how terrible #39 is. It is blindingly obvious how awful his play is and how much of a distraction he is to this team now.

Truly, I cannot state whether Sean Payton has the level of passion that indicates he wants that win.
If he has that passion then maybe that passion is in the way of:
1. implementing discipline where it is needed,
2. modifying the play of individuals who are continuing to make game crtitcal errors, be it he does the moidifying himself or he demands that work from those in the organization who has that in their job description,
3. communicating more explicitly with the NFL about the big bad calls last night. Look it is all very pretty, some say funny, Payton saying “I'm not going to get into the officiating. I said walking into this door I was not going to get into it. And it happened twice, 12 (men) on the field, clearly, and they're getting that right on Friday nights.” but it got him precisely nowhere, nada, zit. So ultimately his pretty, funny words were/are/will be ineffective.

he is sheilding the fact that as bad as Browner is we dont have anyone healthy who is good enough to produce better results. If Breaux cannot go this week its going to be even worse
