Browner Shouting Match

Browner needs to go to Dallas they love the sideline drama he can join Dez and Hardy
who seem to get full support for shouting at Coach's from Jerry.

know what bothered me the most, not the shouting match, but the aggressiveness of his posture...that's completely different

I won't. This football team is to incompetent to make changes to our player personal. They act like things will just fix themselves. This is the truth.

The proof is in numerous threads on this forum.

Exactly right it seemed like intimidation, like a street Thug
ready to fight. There is absolutely no respect in Browner for
anyone his history doesn't lie.

He is destructive to the defensive side of the ball on every level.

I was glad DA got pissed at him. But Browners reaction was typical for him. He's a punk and a poison. Will someone please get rid of this POS?

I think that will all depend on Swann concussion status

Bah! Just bench Browner and send the towel boy out there. Can't be worse.

This was the closest The Garbage Man got to another man all day Sunday.

Too bad he cant be this tough with receivers.

I want this idiot out of a Saints Uniform now.

Gone Pecan!!!

No way he plays next week after disrespecting the DC.

Accountability. The inmates do not run the asylum. I'll be hugely disappointed if 39 plays next week.

Re: Browner Shouting Match

But then again, how many of us would like the chance to get in the face of one of our defensive coaches?

Just askin'...

Shouting matches with your coach, yelling at the media, taunting your own fans (WTH?), conflicts with Jairus Byrd - 1st time I've seen JB become vocal w/signs of life & more importantly the awful play every time #39 touches the field. He shouldn't be any where close to an NFL turf/grass.

Veteran leadership .. yeah OK.

Expect him to not only play but start.

Payton thinks he played "well"... his words, not mine.

Apparently just like Vitt, Browner has some dirt on Payton and is untouchable.

I've supported him all season but I'm starting to see that Payton might actually be one of the biggest problems that's holding this team back

The Dude 12-08-2015 12:56 PM

Re: Browner Shouting Match

They let him get away with that and Dennis Allen loses the respect of all the players. A new coach cannot let thathappen and Payton needs to have his assistants back.

Re: Browner Shouting Match

Remember, this bunch on defense elected him their Captain, they also elected Junior their Captain the year before....that's why most people have pretty much identified the Saints' defense as a dumpster fire.

I doubt the players have that that much respect for Allen in the first place. They probably view him like kids would view a substitute teacher, throwing spitballs and cutting up... Sean Payton has always had room for a problem child or two on the roster, and he used to find ways to keep them in check. But I can't ever remember a Saints team under his watch with poorer character and less discipline as the last two years. This defense is a lost cause. Whole thing needs to be completely gutted and rebuilt.

Throw Browner is the dumpster that's on fire.

You bring up a great point, which I didn't even think about. How the fuq is this dude a captain. How have the players who actually try to do the right thing not pull his application? I believe they vote on this at the beginning of the season. If our players actually think this guy is a leader, we have more problems than we ever imagined.

how to ruin a team:
draft poorly
make unwise FA pickups
Shell out contracts to undeserving players and then eat a ton of dead money

I would have cut him publicly in the locker room following the game. Told him to clean out his locker and find a way home.

Payton loses respect with me with each passing day.

The difference with the other players whom had character issues; they actually performed on the field. Shockey being the main one I can recall, but even JR could perform well on the field. Browner is not only a cancer on the team but is literally THE WORST PLAYER IN THE NFL.

it makes sense anyway, less cap hit. Keep him on the roster next season cost us like 2.2 mil extra and in 17
