Re: Cooks Out?
When will the bleeding stop?
Half of the O line not practicing, no Roll Tide, possibly no Cooks, #32nd ranked D :disgust:. Watch we destroy the Bucs ;). |
Re: Cooks Out?
Turrible. Just Turrible.

Re: Cooks Out?
What the hell? We don't have this many concussions in rugby and we don't wear helmets.

Re: Cooks Out?
Can someone please make it stop.

Re: Cooks Out?
For the record, I really like Brandin Cooks, great person, terrific hands, amazing quickness...
But how bad a decision was it to move up and and take Cooks, all 5' and a questionable 10" of him in the first round AND expecting him to be an X receiver?!? Well, had we stayed at No 27, we could've selected WR Kelvin Benjamin 6' 5" - who had a pretty good rookie season even with Cam Newton throwing to him... We could have taken a number of other players, in particular... Pick 35 was OG Joel Bitonio, who has started in 26 in 26 games missing only month of December his rookie season... Pick 42 WR Jordan Matthews, 6' 3" who has 1400 + receiving yards and 10 touchdowns... Pick 43 was C Weston Richburg who has started in 26 of 27 games since being drafted... And our second round pick at No. 58, Stanley Jean-Baptiste? And the selection four picks later, Jacksonville WR Allen Robinson... Oh, that third round pick we traded with our first round pick to move up and select Cooks, Arizona took WR John Brown... Man-o-man, when we miss...we miss badly... |
