I've done some comparing between this year's Carolina and that '72 Miami team ... the data's still incomplete because you gotta' go three seasons after the perfect one to get apples-to-apples data, but that '72 Dolphin team ruled the AFC East in the early 70's (14 game seasons), double-digit wins, 5 conference championships, 3 SuperBowls and two Division losses. 2015 Panthers really can't live up to that and it remains to be seen going forward. :).
