He did look like he had a hot-foot last night, the way he was hopping around, :neutral:. That might be the best thing, letting him sit & heal up for next year ... give ya' a chance to get a look at Grayson too, #shrug.

I doubt Grayson is ready, I mean seriously, signing Matt Flynn as your backup QB? That is pretty much all you need to know right now about Grayson.

Grayson needs the snaps if Brees is hurt. I doubt Flynn knows more of the play book than Gray.

Breaking down with age? I have no ideal if it's the same thing but playing kick ball with my daughter and her friends after school my foot popped chasing down a fly ball and took about 2 years to heal up, some reason a knot come up on the side of my foot when the injury was on the bottom side. If it is the same thing it hurts like hell for a long, long time.

I kept asking for the rookies to get more playing time.......but I never meant for Grayson to become the starting QB. :sad:

Still, if he does have to play we will have the advantage of getting more film on the young man and he gets some NFL playing time. Flynn isn't the answer.
