The offense is fine, the defense is a wreck. Most teams that only have 5 wins now normally don't have pro bowlers. Really who cares, the Pro Bowl is a dog and pony show and popularity contest now

Who on this team has played at a pro bowl level this year? Our defense is damn near last in the league in the categories that matter, so you can forget about anyone on that side of the ball. That leaves the offense. No one stands out as doing anything better than other NFC players. When you have 5 wins it's hard to argue. If Armstead don't miss games this year, maybe he would of had a shot but he is not a house hold name and he missed games with injuries.

I agree the pro bowl really means squat these days. Doesn't have the ring to it that it use to.

I was surprised to see PFF rate Jordan as the best 4-3 DE this year and I think Armstead graded out as the 3rd best LT or something like that.

Brees should have gone, but outside of that I don't see anyone else worthy.

Brees always gets snubbed though so that should surprise no one.

If Jordan had just 1 other threat on the D-line helping him we would have a completely different defense.

Need to spend the first 3 pick of the draft on D-line and O-line.

I thought Ben Watson had a very solid year as well.

Side note for laughs : Wouldn't it be special if the Panthers lose their upcoming playoff game, then have to play all 10 guys in the subsequent Pro Bowl? That would be epic :p !

Truth be known I was scared he wouldn't be good when entering the draft. Hats off to the D line coach and Ansah. The dude has turned out to be a monster.

I predict this event becoming reality. They beat two teams with winning records. One barely, the other by a score.

Weak schedule, low level of injuries. Going to have a lot of success with those two factors.
