Brees needs a trainer
 

I don't know who his trainer is but has anyone seen Brady lately? Brady revived his career as a top qb when he got with this trainer Alex Guererro. Brees needs to get himself a trainer just as good as him to change some of his dietary habits.

I am talking about his injuries, the oblique, rotator cuff, and now plantar fascia, and there's nothing wrong to clean out all of the junk out of you drinking a green smoothie a day. Brees would be able to have more energy and maybe move around more with his feet.

I really doubt that Drew's diet is anything but healthy. The guy does nothing but practice and workout so you wouldn't think he eats much junk food.

I worked with a guy who tore his rotator cuff by trying to catch a bottle he knocked off a file cabinet.

I heard Brees had a deal with RR. Brees ate all the junk food he wanted and RR gained the weight!! RR got fired and BAM!! Brees goes down!!

I just found out i have a torn rotator cuff. # to 4 months on the bench.

Father time is just catching up with the legend. The future without him is scary, but it's better to let him go a year early instead of a year late.

and Brady is a year older and father time has not caught up to him.

and Jimmy Johns is junkfood. he even feeds it to his kids.

A proper diet has nothing to do with with the type of injuries he's had. You know what the REAL difference is? Brady gets to practically stand in place when he's in the pocket. Brees? Not so much...

Brady isn't exactly smooth on his feet. There's nothing athletic about him. He just doesn't get harassed near as much. When he does, he looks awful.

I've been critical of Brees' pocket awareness the last couple of years. He used to feel the pressure a little better, but now he seems to panic much faster. Sometimes he still makes some miracles happen when he's scrambling around. I don't see Brady ever doing that.

Brees has been in trouble ever since he got rid of the red '69 Camaro. Everyone knows a QB needs a muscle car. Brady can tool around the town in Giselle's Rolls Royce Ghost or in his Audi R8, and that's fine. But a Texas QB like Brees, with a California vibe like he has, he needs a muscle car around him. This is what has been wrong with the team all year IMHO. That Camaro SS was boss.

I tore mine and my labrum and I had problems lifting and had limited range for a year. Still hurts if I move a certain way. That was 6-7 years ago

It's nothing to do with Brees diet or training imo. He is getting old and starting to break down,it always happens to players. Brees has taken big shots as has Brady but Brady is huge by comparison and built more to take the hits

NE gets the best of the best because they believe they are the best. NO does not have this mindset. Brady has had some serious muscle growth under Guererro.

I am far from a admirer of NE I am just angry that Brady has outlasted Brees.
