Colston out tomorrow

Don't have a link it was on my score alert. Well this is Snead's and Coleman's week. They have the chance to show whether or not we need a receiver. But it's Jacksonville. Atlanta would be a better test if Colston misses that game. Snead and Cooks need to combine for 250 yards.

Too bad, Now we'll see more of Coleman and give him a higher snap count. I just hope he is able to get separation. If Drew is missing time GG and Colston should already have their rhythm.

So who will Grayson throw to?

Snead, Cooks, and Coleman. And Watson, if he plays.

A lot of people think the Jags are not a team that you need to worry about but they have the same record as us. I think they will play a tough game tomorrow and we need to be at our best!

Jacksonville's strength is their dline and offense. Not their secondary.

The Jags lead the league in big plays - any play that goes over 20 yards

The Jags have 64 of them, I believe they will become a great young team and they are not to be taken lightly, they will destroy us if we come out slow like usual.

A shame Colston's last home game was last monday against the Lions

Wonder if that helmet hit was a factor

We love you Marques

Pure class

This game today is gonna be a brutal slog. It really feels like preseason. I don't think I've ever seen a regular season home game under Payton that had such a strong pre-2006 vibe to it.

Yes, Coleman was good today. Some really nice grabs.

thanks 84, could he even be more agile that marcus? I'm thinking more positive after a few games this year ,for sure today.

Re: Colston out tomorrow

Snead had a couple of big catches and was 4 of 6 and Coleman was 4 for 4. but it was too big of a game for Cooks. Anyways none of them other than Coleman possess the big receiver ability that Colston did[when he was good] and Coleman might not be able to truly feel that void because it takes a serious work ethic.

Coleman has something that Colston never did. He can make people miss in the open field and actually out run some people. He has the same exact attributes as Calvin Johnson. Hoping he gets a chance to really breakout next week.

Then there's that hands thing...you know, actually catching the ball...

Coleman has a loooong way to go before he can hold Colston's jock...
