7 New Orleans Saints who didn't miss practice, game in 2015
Outside linebacker Kasim Edebali hasn't missed a practice or game in two full seasons since signing with the New Orleans Saints as an undrafted free agent in 2014.
Call it good luck, good training or just the advantage of youth, but Edebali made the Saints perfect-attendance list for the second consecutive year. Six other players on the Saints didn't miss a single practice or game in 2015. Four of the players -- Edebali, center Max Unger, guard Senio Kelemete and rookie defensive tackle Tyeler Davison -- also didn't miss a single practice in training camp. 7 New Orleans Saints who didn't miss practice, game in 2015 | NOLA.com |

I had no idea Edibali notched 5 sacks as a rotational player, that's pretty impressive!

He's my argument for going to a 3-4... Would love to hear the coaching staff's reasoning for the reluctance to play him... |

He received 1/3 of all the defensive snaps, and only Cam Jordan and Bobby Richardson took more snaps at DE. I probably wouldn't call that a reluctance to play him. Especially considering he graded out as our 4th worst defensive player on the field. |

Now assuming the grading out mentioned is based on PFF, while a useful tool, I'd caution against over-reliance on a flawed and not nearly all encompassing grading... We saw too many plays where Cam Jordan ran upfield, head in the air and right by ball carriers, failing to secure the edge allowing gashes underneath the tackles... Type of plays I'm referring would be like that last killer drive by Detroit in the Saints vain comeback comes to mind... PFF gave Cam Jordan a great grade in that game where I thought his gaffes were key and costly to the Brees-led comeback... I'd be curious if PFF, using sabremetrics as they do, would factor sacks/plays; that's legitimate production and Edebali leads the team... |

Often times the player that gets the sack didn't really make the play. Someone else did and created the sack for another player. Teams may double team Cam, letting someone else go free for the sack. The sack may go to someone else, but Cam is the reason for the sack. I've heard that they include that in their grades, but haven't seen anything definitive about it. Edit... From their site... they could grade it 100 times and I'd still think PFF is full of ****
