Can Sullivan be sued like Ricky?

I don't post that often but I had an interesting thought.

If Sullivan doesn't pan out this year and is cut, do the Saints have a chance of getting any of his signing bonus back? If the Saints can prove that his dismissal is not only about poor performance on the field but avid conduct detrimental to the team and an utter disregard for the team through numerous of incidents of self-servitude. Can they prove that Sullivan intentionally gave up on this team just as Ricky did with the Dolphins?

The difference being that Sullivan is at least showing up everyday and Ricky completely walked out. Yet the if the motive and intent can be proven, the Saints might have a shot at not only getting some money back but also setting a precedent in the NFL for the discipline of slackers.
