+1. Add more speed coming off the edge. The Bronco's quickness last night was incredible. We look like snails compared to them right now.

Find guys who can get there in a hurry and arrive with bad intentions.

Exactly, their speed and physicality was staggering. Made us look like a high school defense compared to them!

Every time the panthers ran off tackle there were at least 3 guys wrapping up the ball carrier for a loss.

Broncos Defensive Linemen are more physical, play stronger; they run a 3-4 and their outside linebackers are incredibly fast, strong, violent as our Dome Patrol LBers were...

Noticed how a good TE (Greg Olsen) was almost a non factor as was Stewart even before he was injured? Forced em into 2nd/3rd & long, then that blitz came with a vengeance.

Wade Phillips did much to nothing up here in Deathstar country as a HC, however as a defensive coordinator he is amongst the best. Masterful defensive game plan.

Retool that defense with some impact players and Brees can get us back to where we belong.
hagan714 and Barry from MS like this.

True. And their ILB'ers and secondary don't miss a lick either. Wade Phillips has a tuned machine going strong.

John Elway deserves as much if not more of the credit for managing the cap and getting the right guys for that front seven...

Disclaimer: I still don't like John Elway, but I respect the incredible job he's done...
