Tre Jackson (FL State) 6'4" 330lbs was there in the 3rd at pick 78. We took PJ instead. Better risk was the OG (who NE took in the 4th, pick 111) than someone in trouble with the law just before the draft.

Many teams had a first round grade on P.J. without the DUI traffic stop...

It was the right play, smart play...

But if we're second guessing, there is a more glaring gaffe...

If we were willing to ignore personality, character flaws...

Why did we not take Marcus Peters at No. 13 instead of Andrus Peat?!?
