I don't want Jimmy Graham back, Brees is a much better QB when Jimmy is not in our offense.

Get him a OG and a run game. No Graham, no problem. Payton will get a TE for Brees, he's got Watson already. A young Vernon Davis type would open up alot of things.Of course a Shockey type would be helpful to.

Bull****. No way we cut Unger, Evans, and possibly Strief in the same offseason. He did just fine.

Anyway I don't know about Brees being better without him but our offense as a whole seemed to be.

Well that's kind of my point, Our offense is better because its less predictable. The ball went to Jimmy every 1st and 3rd down, the entire defense knew it, which is why Brees is better when Graham isn't here, it makes him scan the field and not force passes to a guy that is afraid of physical defenders.

Side note: I heard John Clayton of ESPN state that Seattle does have some interest in Jahri and #39.

I listen to those guys most mornings on my way to work, unfortunately because I live in this clown town/state. They actually aren't too terrible, after a week or so, I get the sense they aren't too serious about the Unger thing, more so a "wish", they have mentioned Jahri probably more so….and yes, they are pleased with Graham. There O Line was a crap show this year but unlike ours, they improved immensely over the year and almost made another run. sure wish I had some non sea chicken talk shows up here, ugh

Im not saying we need Graham back but we do need a playmaker at that position. Lots of us thought Hill could become that guy but he made nothing of his opportunity. Watson was good but he is towards the end of his shelf life and if he gets hurt we are really in trouble.

They obviously know they got hosed on that deal, and of course the fans want to un-do it. Wishful thinking and highly unlikely. You can't just wave a magic wand and put everything back together again the way you want it.

I get the distinct feeling that Seattle fans want the Cat In The Hat to drive his magical zamboni-style cleanup machine around the room, and somehow clean up the mess they've made, and reassemble their Super Bowl team all over again.
