Miss the days of simple humored commercials like Tom Landry surrounded by Redskins and the Daughters of the Revolution asking Where's The Beef? Look, I like my friends, getting together for the game; but when it's the Superbowl, you get the wives, some are nice ice candy (seen and not heard), but then some are in intolerable PMS mode and want to change the channel mid-play to see how the Puppy Bowl is going...and when you change it back, the kids start crying, oh for the love of St. Michael, their kids...whose vocabulary doesn't include the words "Don't Touch," "Stop Doing That," and "Daddy can we go home now" |
It's not that my way is the right way, I just make the right way my way...

SELF DEPORT Wives or husbands, not involved or clueless, need to understand for this short period of time, one Sunday, a year, stands alone on the calendar to be void of mindless social responsibilities required in polite society. And if, god willing, the Saints are in the Superbowl...again...climb on board the bus but please continue to self segregate because I am not gonna tell anyone AGAIN what team is in the BLACK jersey. |
