Plaxico Burress, I believe, but he was carrying in a State where he wasn't allowed to, hence the jail time. This guy was cleaning a loaded gun, being stupid/careless doesn't necessarily warrant jail time and he's lucky he didn't wind up with the death sentence, #shrug.
