I think Watson and Hooman should definitely be brought back, Hooman is a great blocker and its obvious that Ben is still a very good player.

Hightower - he proved he can be a lead back in the NFL, that might make another team pick him up seen as our Backfield will get crowded with Ingram back.

I personally don't think we'll keep Josh Hill, Payton branded him like a HOFer going into the season and he ended the season with about 10-20 catches?

I think Kevin Williams comes back, besides Cam Jordan he was our most consistent D Lineman, he blocked a couple of field goals/ PAT's

Loved how Kevin Williams played in the middle. He was not the problem with our failure to stop runs up the middle.

A parade at TE and PK is a lock! I quit counting at 26 TE's (on the final roster) since Payton arrived. PK Carney, Mare, Gramatica, Mehlhalff, Hartley, Kasay, Graham, Hocker, Forbath. I think that's all.

I have not seen anything from Kelemete and Lelito to make me Think they can be more than backups. I hope we can keep them as such since they know the system already.
I was expecting Hill to have a breakout season but that kinda ended with the emergence of Watson.

It should be noted that we ranked last against runs to left end and left tackle. We were better up the middle than we were against runs to the left. That kinda surprised me.

Lelito was better on the RT side than he was on the LT.

Lelito is very good at right guard. He put in above average performances there when he's manned that spot.

I prefer Robinson over Hightower but if he isn't able to return healthy next season from that horrific injury I can see them choosing Hightower

I really hope K. Williams returns for next season... one of my all-time favorite Vikings' players.

But in all honestly, none of these guys are priority one re-signings.

We desperately need a LG. iirc Lelito is a good run blocker but not so good in the passing game. I read that he's just not mobile enough in the phone booth. I understand that he is better at RG than at LG but I only have my own two eyes and the threads from the BNG to rely on! :bng:

I would resign Forbath. He was above avg and better than what we have had in the past 4/5 years. Robinson should get the lowest tender. I just don't see him worth more than that. MIA, Spillers, Cadet and a surprise UDFA will do. Lelito is a must. He is better than our other FA's and should come cheap compared to UFA's. Hill disappeared and should also come cheap. Watson may demand more than we can spare. Hoomanawanui should also come cheap and is one heck of a blocker.

I think we can do better than Forbath, He's ranked 36th in the NFL in FG's. That's awful, even if it is fairly small sample size.

There are a half dozen high quality K's in free agency this year.

Oh no doubt I would like someone better but how realistic is it that we spend 2 million on a FA kicker? And that's lowballing. Crosby made 3.5 million last year. Tucker made 2.6 million. Next would be Zuerlein which only made 760K last year but will probably demand 2+ this year.

plenty of solid kickers this year will go undrafted. bring in two or three I like this kid Brad Craddock K Maryland to get a shot.
