Kyle Wilson resigns
This is probably a "no one cares" thread but according to Sportstrac he signed a 1 year contract. Does not show the price tag yet but it is showing a 80K guarantee. With Scobee, Wilson and Kelemete signing we now have 9.170,870 cap space.

Very good signing! 1 year vet minimum deal for a very capable player. With the health of Keenan Lewis and Damian Swann being a question mark and PJ Williams essentially being a rookie still this is a very smart move.

I like the signing too. Kyle Wilson improved as the season progressed. One year deal is good and he provides depth at corner.

Not amazing but not Patrick Robinson either so pretty good.
He needs to control himself a little better, I still blame him for the loss to panthers in the dome. The panthers had zero momentum on offense and we'd already forced 3 turnovers, Wilson commits two penalties, both on 3rd and long before half time, the panthers scored on 5 consecutive drives afterwards. |

He played his best ball last year. I know that is not saying too much considering how bad he was in his years with the jets. But he did not break the bank and it is short term so I can accept it and hope Allen can continue to get this kid game to improve. Late bloomer? wishing thinking.

A good backup for cheap. Loomis is doing it again folks. He will address all the backup needs and then drop a couple of bombs this week. If Brees restructures which he should we will have a lot of cap space.
