Saints Sign Coby Fleener 5 year deal
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; The more troubling part is that we really haven't heard any defensive players visiting the Saints since Laurinaitis. Could it be that defensive FAs are avoiding NOLA and are asking for too much to come there?!...

I think the issue is just that our coaching staff hasn't been in NOLA these past few days. They were at Alabama's pro day, then Clemson's, then Ohio State's... I'm sure we hear some news this weekend before they head to LSU's pro day on Monday.

That's what I think too. But we're waiting for Brees to restructure after FA starts instead of before it. I think they were outbid for those players and given what deals they signed, it wasn't possible for us to get them. So we may as well have gotten something for the O.
