The only name I like there is Deion Jones. And that's not a biased opinion, either. I honestly think this dude is going to be a star. It bothered me for years that LSU would not let him start over the "veterans". Every time he had a chance to play he made plays and kept getting better. He finally became a full time starter last year, and proved how dumb his coaches were to overlook him.

He's got the ability to cover as well as being a really good tackler. I didn't see him used to rush the passer very often, but given the blazing speed he possesses, I think he would excel coming off the edge. I really hope the Saints get a shot at him, but I don't think he'll be available in the second round. His stock keeps rising.

I don't know any LSU fan who is that dumb. I think it's more likely he just doesn't watch much football, but likes to think he knows something anyway.

I agree. He ran a 4.38 at his pro day and is even faster getting to the sidelines. I just worry about him holding up playing at 225.

I sure hope the Saints take a really good look at DJ. He has great mechanics, reacts and tackles well. More importantly he moves from sideline to sideline in a hurry. 4.38 40 ... that's serious speed at the LB position & could catapult him to 1st or early second rd. Speed and quickness is the name of the game in today's NFL.
