We didn't run any 3-4 after Ryan was fired last year... Nickel and Dime is not the same as the 3-4

So would you believe a 4-3 under? It's basically the same as a 3-4. There are variations of the 4-3 just as there are for the 3-4.

I'm beyond ready for the draft to happen and be over with now. We've been asking ourselves the same questions for months, and I simply can't take the monotony anymore. Every year, it seems like the off season gets more boring.

And that is where good coaching comes in. You adjust your Coaching style to fit what you have. We don't have the players to run a 4-3.
