Swann Charged with reckless operation

Ok, circle the wagons,

... he was doing 100mph in a 65mph zone, not like he was screaming through residential, was initially clocked at 81mph and only accelerated to 100mph in order to pass, using the proper passing lane, I assume,

Cooperated with the po-po, willingly exited the vehicle & informing the officers he had, not one, but two handguns, both for which he had the proper permits.

No harm, no foul, fine him, send him on his way ... I remember getting a few speeding tickets heading back & forth to Florida on occasion, on I-75 ... dem Georgia speed traps are legendary. Why do they make those speedometers go up to 100mph anyway?
