'Color rush' uniforms to be worn for all Thursday NFL games, Lions president says

I'd like to know all the actual participants between the NFL and Nike who are pushing this terrible idea...

With genuine respect to our fans on the old continent, we're losing our American identity with all this Europeanization...

American football with all it's traditions is a unique, special game...

If you want to watch Soccer, watch Soccer; but blurring the lines to pull more fans over is Misguided Bullshinski...

Football is a great sport on its own merits...

So you think it's a precursor towards moving the game to Europe? Interesting, considering the NFL's previously failed attempt(s) ... if at first you don't succeed, right? Are color rush uniforms more appealing to a foreign fan base? IDK, but I do look at it as a way to expand the game, increase the fan base, attract fans that otherwise wouldn't have an interest in the game, et ...

That's fine, it's a business, change is inevitable, et ... but I think they may be taking for granted just exactly how much change to the game old school, loyal fans are gonna' endure before trailing off, just sayin' ... I'm almost at the point myself where I'm looking for a cabin in the middle of nowhere so I can hole up with a vcr & some old NFL Film tapes,

Slo...just this year the league is proposing a yellow and red card system, so there's that to consider when processing my statement...
