The 2016 New Orleans Saints schedule will be posted on NewOrleansSaints.com at 7 pm CT on Thursday, April 14.

At home, the Saints will face the Atlanta Falcons, Carolina Panthers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, St. Louis Rams, Seattle Seahawks, Detroit Lions, Denver Broncos and the Oakland Raiders.

On the road, the Saints will battle the Falcons, Panthers, Buccaneers, Arizona Cardinals, San Francisco 49ers, New York Giants, Kansas City Chiefs and San Diego Chargers.

-Thur nite short week vs a divisional opponent
-bye week too early in the season
-too many/few prime time games

all i want is the 9-25-16 game to be a home game against the Falcons, I really don't care how the rest of the schedule falls

Week 6-11 that's brutal, 5/6 teams made the playoffs and they get both SuperBowl teams on a short week

I knew it, no SNF. But it wasn;t the rams that knocked us out, it was the raiders!

As for tough schedule, it was tough to begin with. Saying it's a brutal schedule means we don't think the saints can be in their caliber.

I am really happy about it since the Chargers game is in early October. It means I will be able to go there and visit some friends frome over here that are living in SD now. I coached their kid and he is a HS senior now getting offers from all over the place :-)
